- Great record on building modular assembly machines for products using CREO & Solidworks. - Design data management using Windchill and SAP. - Design and develop automation machines and mechanical systems for bearing manufacturing processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the requirements of the automation machine for Bearing Assembly, Testing, Quality and Packing. - Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations of proposed machine designs. - Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for machine components and systems. - Prototype and test machine designs to ensure performance, reliability, and safety. - Optimize machine designs and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. - Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of machines and components. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine designs and manufacturing processes. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine design technologies and automotive industry trends. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing machines and processes. - Develop Tools for reduce operator fatigue & Develop Kaizens for assembly processes. - Design and develop LCAs, Auto Assembly machines, Testing machine, Packing machine and Karakories as per Industry 4.0 Concept. - Keep track record of all Tool history cards and preventive maintenance. - Design of Diamond Roller tool for the bearing grinding process. - Started an initiative to build whole auto machines rather than just tooling of machines.
